The San Diego Creative Weavers Guild holds two meetings every month, except for July and August.
Business meeting/Guest Speaker
Time: second Saturday of the month, starting at 9:30 a.m., ending by noon
Place: Pacific Beach Recreation Center, 1405 Diamond Street, San Diego. Map
During the business meeting, committee chairs make reports to keep the membership informed and involved in the activities of the guild. Members and guests are given an opportunity to “Show and Share” their recent creations. A formal program follows, given by a guest speaker.
Time: second Monday of the month, starting at 6:00 p.m., ending by 8:30 p.m.
Place: North Clairemont Recreation Center, 4421 Bannock Avenue, San Diego. Map
This meeting is sponsored by the guild as an alternative for those who cannot attend the main meeting. It's an informal meeting - programs are often presented by guild members, and the focus is on sharing.
