The San Diego Creative Weavers' Guild is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the knowledge and practice of hand weaving. The primary mission of the guild is to educate the general public in the art of weaving.
The guild has served San Diego County since 1946.

With an active membership of over 100 members, the guild participates in community events and sponsors a variety of educational programs. Our members have expertise and interest in a broad range of textile-related crafts.

While firmly rooted in our mission to practice and disseminate information about weaving, the guild also serves as a major regional resource for people seeking information about spinning, braiding, basketry and related textile or fiber arts.
